The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was clean and the bed comfy, but definitely avoid room 109 if you can. It's right by the front desk, so you hear everything. Coffee was decent in the morning and there are some cute little spots to grab a bite nearby. Just make sure to bring your own hand soap!

The queen room was cozy with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was spot on, close to subway and lots of food choices. Breakfast was just okay, more drinks would’ve been nice!

We loved hanging out at the lounge area in the evenings. However, the room could have used some sprucing up. the carpet wasn’t the cleanest. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful, making my time enjoyable. But, I noticed the HVAC on the fourth floor has been broken for a while. Instead of fixing it, they propped up portable AC units with duct tape, causing noise. My pillow sat just inches from a loud unit. The room felt cramped too, barely fitting the bed. it worked for a night but might be an issue for longer stays.
